Where did you grow up?
New Jersey
Why did you become a doctor and why did you choose your specialty?
I've always been interested in neuroscience and realized in medical school that it is so fulfilling to work with both patients and their families through the lifespan from birth to adulthood!
How long have you practiced in the Washington, DC area and what do you like most about it?
Five years! This is such a unique place with people from all over the world!
What do you most enjoy doing outside of your clinical practice, when you’re not working?
Getting outside - hiking, biking. I also love to cook and bake!
Describe your proudest accomplishment as a provider and/or in your personal life:
When I've taken care of a sick child in the hospital and I get the chance to see them flourishing and doing so well after discharge - so gratifying!
If you weren’t a doctor, what profession would you most likely be doing and why?
Maybe a chef.. or a food critic?
