Jennifer Taylor, MSN, RN, is the Director of Quality and Clinical Services at PSV, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care for pediatric patients. Committed to best practices and compliance, she collaborates closely with teams to enhance the quality of clinical services. Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree in 2005 and her graduate degree in 2009, both from Virginia Commonwealth University. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself exclusively to pediatric nursing, gaining invaluable experience in various roles.

Her background includes hands-on clinical practice in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, as well as leadership and educational positions that have allowed her to work with nurses across diverse settings to improve practices and resources. Passionate about improving patient outcomes and fostering a culture of excellence, Jennifer remains focused on delivering quality care and promoting evidence-based practices.
