MyChart

Pediatric Specialists of Virginia utilizes Inova Health System’s MyChart Patient Portal for secure online access to patient medical records. MyChart is a free service offered by participating Inova medical facilities and doctors’ offices to help manage and receive information for you and/or your child.

To receive access to your child’s information, complete the MyChart Proxy Form for Pediatrics or Teen, and return it to PSV staff at one of our medical facilities. A form needs to be completed for each person requesting access. For example, if both parents want access to their child’s or children’s chart, each parent must complete the proxy form. Proxy access must then be established electronically from within the child’s medical record.
