Katherine McHugh, NP, specializes in pediatric gastroenterology at Pediatric Specialists of Virginia’s (PSV) Fairfax clinic, providing compassionate care for children with conditions like constipation, reflux, celiac disease, anxiety, and IBS. She earned her BSN and MSN from the University of Virginia and holds board certification from Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB). Before becoming a nurse practitioner nearly a decade ago, Katherine gained valuable experience as a pediatric ICU nurse at Inova Fairfax.
A Winchester, VA, native, she appreciates the Washington, DC area for its outdoor activities, family-friendly atmosphere, and culinary scene. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, running, cooking, baking, and exploring the outdoors.
