Pediatric Specialists of Virginia’s Dr. Rebecca Levorson, Medical Director of Infectious Disease, was featured in Northern Virginia Magazine’s February 2021 issue. Dr. Levorson shares a story about how she and her team’s decision to administer the antiviral medication remdesivir helped save a child who had fallen ill and become hospitalized due to COVID-19.
