Meet Our Specialists

Alysen Spencer, PA-C, is a physician assistant practicing in orthopaedics and sports medicine at Pediatric Specialists of Virginia (PSV), specializing in sports injuries and trauma. Inspired by her competitive, sports-focused upbringing and personal experiences as a soccer player and cross-country runner, she is passionate about helping young athletes recover and return to the activities they love. Alysen earned her PA degree from the University of South Florida and holds graduate and undergraduate degrees from George Washington University and Virginia Tech, respectively. She brings nearly five years of experience from the Virginia Beach area to her practice in Ashburn and Fairfax. Outside of work, Alysen enjoys CrossFit, running with her dog, traveling, and mountain climbing.
