Angela Lewis, NP, is a nurse practitioner specializing in specializing in pediatric hematology and oncology at Pediatric Specialists of Virginia’s (PSV) Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders (CCBD) in Fairfax. She earned her BSN from Queens University of Charlotte and her NP degree from George Mason University. Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, Angela has additional training in pediatric hematology and oncology (APHON) and end-of-life care (ELNEC). Her clinical interests include leukemia, lymphoma, and sickle cell disease. Angela’s commitment to patient care has earned her multiple awards, including recognition for her work at Children’s National Medical Center and Inova Children’s Hospital.
In addition to her work at PSV’s CCBD, Angela also sees patients at the Inova Schar Cancer Institute and Inova Children’s Hospital. Driven by personal experiences, Angela was inspired to pursue nursing after her brother’s battle with a bone tumor. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and volunteering at her daughters’ school.
