Dr. Laura Gill-Sealy is a board-certified pediatric orthopaedic surgeon at Pediatric Specialists of Virginia (PSV), specializing in neuromuscular diseases such as cerebral palsy, foot and ankle injuries, hip dysplasia, trauma, and general pediatric orthopaedics. Originally from Barbados, she completed her medical education and residency at the University of the West Indies and the University of Virginia, respectively, and pursued a fellowship at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Practicing in the Washington, DC area since 2018, Dr. Gill-Sealy is passionate about improving access to healthcare for all children. She is also deeply committed to global outreach, regularly volunteering for mission trips to perform scoliosis surgeries in countries like Ghana, Barbados, and Trinidad. Outside of her clinical practice, Dr. Gill-Sealy enjoys travel, reading, and spending time with her family.
