Pediatric Specialists of Virginia (PSV) Announces Relocation and Expansion of Ashburn Clinic

Pediatric Specialists of Virginia (PSV), in partnership with Inova Children’s, today announced the relocation and expansion of its Ashburn clinic to a new, larger facility at Ryan Park Office Center. The new location will open to patients on January 27, 2026, enhancing access to pediatric specialty care for families across Loudoun County.

The final day of patient care at PSV’s current Ashburn location will be January 22, 2026, as teams prepare for the transition to the new space.

Located just off exit 6 on the Dulles Greenway, the new joint PSV–Inova Children’s clinic brings multiple pediatric specialties together under one roof. The expanded facility includes 12 exam rooms, three casting bays, in-suite X-ray services, and dedicated spaces for care teams, supporting a more efficient and coordinated care experience.

“This move reflects our continued commitment to meeting the needs of growing families in Loudoun County,” said Dr. Laurel Blakemore, CEO of PSV and Orthopaedic Surgeon. “By expanding our Ashburn location and partnering closely with Inova in a modern, well-equipped space, we’re able to bring more services together and make it easier for children and families to access the high-quality specialty care they deserve.”

Pediatric Specialists of Virginia (PSV) Unveils New Logo and Refreshed Brand Identity

Pediatric Specialists of Virginia (PSV) is excited to introduce a new logo that reflects the strength of our mission and the power of our partnerships.

The new design brings together elements from both Children’s National Hospital and Inova Children’s—the two parent organizations that jointly founded PSV. Pediatric Specialists of Virginia Transition Information

Update on First Name Error on Patient Letters

Many of you recently received a letter from Pediatric Specialists of Virginia (PSV) explaining our transition. We have learned that the first name on many of these letters was not the correct first name. All the other information on the envelope including last name and address are correct. The contents of the letter are also correct. Unfortunately during the production of the letter the data file became corrupt and the incorrect first name was placed on the envelope. Rest assured you only received information for your child and your child’s information was not shared with anyone else. We are sincerely sorry for the confusion and inconvenience this has caused.

As of February 6, 2023, PSV has transitioned some of our specialty services to one or both of our parent organizations— Children’s National Hospital and Inova Children’s — while others remain with PSV.

For the complete list of specialty services and providers staying with PSV or transitioning to Children’s National or Inova Children’s, click here.

If you have a scheduled appointment with a provider transitioning out of PSV, then your appointment has automatically transferred to either Children’s National (located in the same building as PSV in Fairfax) or Inova Children’s (Fairfax or Ashburn locations), and your medical records are with your care team at their new location. For a full list of Children’s National and Inova Children’s locations, click here
